A key strength of the company is the expertise provided by its founder, Jennie Fletcher. With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry on both client and consulting sides, Jennie has an extensive network of contacts throughout Europe and a clear understanding of industry practices in the major European markets.

Her previous employers include Amgen (European HQ, Switzerland), Roche (Swiss HQ and UK) and Glaxo SmithKline (UK Overseas Group covering Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe) as well as US consulting experience with ISO Healthcare Group where she has held senior marketing and business director positions.

Jennie has an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and a BSc in Chemistry from University of Exeter, UK.
