In the background co-ordinating locations, people and projects we have Carol Switzer. She brings broad business planning and administration experience from a variety of industries, where she has proven her ability to manage people, projects and processes using innovation and creativity.

Her previous work experience covers consultancy (Shearson Lehman Hutton, New York) and senior planning, sales and marketing director positions at Paramount Pictures (US) and Cambridge Cable (UK) respectively.

Carol has an MBA from UCLA, US and a BA, Mathematics, University of San Diego, US. Fluent in Italian.
